My Story – Sandra Maule, Owner

Life is about balance and, as a mother of two small children, commuting to the same job at the same time next to the same people every day didn’t feel balanced. I wanted the flexibility to be there for my children on their first day of preschool, to help out with field trips and to play an active role in their education, while still making a financial contribution to my family.

I have always been passionate about helping others, and wanted to find a way to make a career out of it. That is how the idea of having my own business, providing virtual administrative and business support, was born. I can apply my skills and knowledge learned over the years to help others succeed, while maintaining the flexibility needed to be the mom I aspire to be.

Educated in Business, I have worked in both the public and private sectors in many different capacities, from Finance to Records Management to Operations to Customer Service. I have experienced first-hand how important it is to have a professional, experienced and efficient support system behind you and your business. My goal is to provide that needed support for businesses like yours.

A Unique Skill-Set

Providing virtual support for businesses requires a broad range of skills. In addition to exemplary time-management and organizational skills, which are critical to providing virtual support, I am a tech-savvy individual proficient in numerous computer and web-based applications, including the Adobe Master Collection, Microsoft Office Suite, Infusionsoft, Convertkit, and many more. I also hold a Social Media Certification and am a member of the Canadian Association of Virtual Assistants.

An analytical thinker with great attention to detail, combined with a passion for the creative, I am happy to tackle any task or project sent my way – no matter how big or small.

Stefanie Eastcott – Virtual Assistant

Stefanie is a self-taught creative professional, with many years of world-wide office administration and marketing experience, excelling in customer service and attention to detail. She thrives on delivering projects on-time and with a creative flair. A versatile problem solver and analytical thinker with the ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.

Stefanie enjoys the challenge to learn new programs and is constantly updating her skills, from her latest Social Media Marketing Certification or learning the intricacies of online webinar programs to working with online CRM programs.

With a background in Marketing & Sales as well as an avid graphic design junkie, Stefanie brings many talents to the Up Virtual Team.  Between her forward thinking, problem solving abilities and creativity, Stefanie is an asset to any project – big or small.


Jennifer Jones – Virtual Assistant

Jennifer has over fourteen years experience in the financial industry, specializing in project management and software development. She excels at optimizing existing processes and working with stakeholders to implement superior solutions.

Jennifer is a team player with proven leadership capability. Her key skills include project management, technical support (remote and face-to-face), end-to-end software development (analysis, design, testing, and implementation), database management, research, and technical writing. Her soft skills include a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a keen ability to ‘bridge the business to technical gap’.
