What You Can Expect

Communication

The backbone to a great team is communication. During our introductory meeting, we will schedule weekly or bi-weekly calls with our clients to ensure that we are always on the same page when it comes to priorities, progress and deadlines. We are also available to meet outside of scheduled meeting times to discuss urgent projects or special events.

Project Management

To ensure that all the details are in one place, we are strong believers in project management/collaboration apps (Asana, Basecamp, Teamwork, and so on). We can seamlessly integrate into our client’s current project management/collaboration system, or can add a client to ours (we use Teamwork). That way, the client can post tasks, projects, comments and set priorities all in one central place.

Contract and Payment

After our introductory meeting, we will send you over a service contract that outlines the agreed-upon services. Invoices are detailed so that the client knows how much time has been spent on each category of tasks or projects.

Support and Social Media Management Packages are available at a flat monthly rate, depending on the clients’ needs, and are billed monthly.  

Confidentiality/Non-Disclosure

Within the service contract provided by Up Virtual is a Confidentiality Agreement, however we welcome our clients to provide their own Confidentiality/Non-Disclosure Agreement should the written agreement not be sufficient.
